Student Attendance Module:
Attendance Module provides fast and efficient way to mark attendance which saves time and overhead in marking and calculating attendance. Graphical representation of students present or absent on particular day can be viewed or printed. The teachers can update attendance information into the system by selecting those students who are absent for the class. Management can browse the attendance details of any student at any time.
If the students produce leave certificates like medical certificate, the attendance can be updated by the authorized staff accordingly.
In Attendance Manager you can fix required attendance for session or class. If student's attendance is short, warning messages are displayed. You can inform the student and take actions like restricting them from sitting in exams, etc. You can also give grace attendance to students if required and can make a note describing reason for allotting them and who allotted them.
The advanced features of attendance are to record attendance by day, by week, by month, by subject, or by period.
