Futurism Technologies Pvt Ltd providing Integration of CRM, Tally 9.0 ,e-mail and many more modules with eIMS. Integration is done keeping in mind the user’s ease to access the system.
CRM
eIMS is integrated with the backend of the CRM system. The integration is done both ways. The CRM system which contains details of individual candidates / companies, course enquiries and other pre qualification of candidates will be integrated with eIMS and vice versa.
Financial System
Using the Futurism e-Connect API’s, Futurism have integrated the details like consolidated student payments, refund, library dues with the Tally 9.0 of the existing Financial System. The update of data into the Financial System will run on real-time or batch processing based on Client’s requirements as obtained during the specification study.
E-mail Integration
All the e-mail communication from the eIMS to candidates/companies with respect to Payment reminders, change of schedules, new events and management information are integrated with the Client’s e-mail Gateway.
eIMS seamlessly streamlines and integrates the institute's existing disparate legacy systems and the manual work / process flow. It provides an efficient and effective tool for the Institute to operate using the latest technology.
Integration to e-mail and SMS The system can also be integrated with other applications such as E-mail applications, Short Message System (SMS), etc. Electronic messages can be sent from the system directly.
